The Kaido name, logo and site content are our property. Deliverable ownership and licensing for client projects are defined in the applicable proposal. Third-party platforms (Odoo, SAP, Oracle NetSuite and others) remain the property of their respective owners.
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaido is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability under client engagements is defined and capped in the applicable proposal.
Personal data submitted through this site is handled per our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
