About Kaido

Built in Dubai. Backed by a global delivery network.

Kaido IT Solutions puts GCC and MENA businesses on one system: ERP, AI, data and managed services, delivered at a fixed price and live in weeks.

Who we are

Kaido is the GCC ERP arm of a global enterprise-technology group that has spent more than two decades building systems for global operators, including names like DP World. That structure is deliberate: you work with a lean, senior team in Dubai that knows your market, and behind it sits a 700-strong network of engineers, delivery hubs on three continents, and 24/7 support coverage.

Founded and led by Khalid Jijakli from Dubai Digital Park, Kaido exists because the region deserved a different kind of ERP partner: fixed price instead of open-ended billing, senior consultants who deliver what they scope, milestone gates you sign off, and platform recommendations based on fit rather than commission.

How we work

Fixed price, gated delivery

Scope, price and timeline are signed before work begins. Every phase ends at a gate you sign: blueprint, configuration, UAT, go-live. Miss a gate and we do not proceed.

Platform-agnostic

Odoo, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, QuickBooks or custom. The recommendation follows your operation, never a commission.

Senior-only

The consultant who scopes your project delivers it and supports it. No handover to juniors after kickoff.

Beyond go-live

30-day post-launch cover on every project, then AMC support with guaranteed response times, backed by the group's 24/7 hubs.
