The challenge

Ariston Group runs sales, warehousing and after-sales service for its appliance business. Each of those functions had grown up on its own tools, so information had to be re-keyed and reconciled as a customer moved from a sale to a delivery to a service call.

Disconnected systems meant no single view of the customer or the stock behind them. After-sales teams lacked the context of the original sale, and warehousing sat apart from the order it was meant to fulfil. The friction was in every handoff between the tools.

What we did

Kaido connected the whole lifecycle onto a single platform instead of a stack of disconnected tools.

The result

One system now runs the business from order to service call, replacing disconnected tools.

Why it worked

The outcome came from the discipline every Kaido engagement runs on. Scope and price were fixed and signed at the blueprint gate, so there were no surprises. Data migration was validated and reconciled before go-live rather than hoped to be right. Training was role-based and repeated until the system stuck with the team on the ground, not just in a manual. And the senior consultant who scoped the project is the one who delivered it, so nothing was lost in a handoff.

Ariston Group has stayed on a Kaido 24/7 AMC support arrangement since go-live, so the system keeps pace with the business instead of drifting back toward spreadsheets.
