The business
Ariston Group is a global appliances brand with a regional operation spanning sales, warehousing and after-sales service across the GCC. Selling a physical product that needs servicing means three functions have to move as one: the team that sells, the warehouse that holds stock and spare parts, and the service operation that keeps customers running. At Ariston, those three ran on disconnected tools.
The problem
Sales, warehousing and after-sales service each operated on their own systems, with no shared view between them. Spare-part availability was the sharpest pain. Service calls stalled waiting on parts the warehouse actually had in stock, because the service team could not see them, and purchasing made stock decisions without visibility of the service pipeline that would consume those parts.
The cost showed up as slower service resolution, frustrated customers, and capital tied up in the wrong inventory. Each function was doing its job, but the gaps between them were where margin and goodwill leaked away.
What we did
Kaido implemented a single system spanning the full order-to-service lifecycle, so the three functions finally shared one set of numbers.
- One system spanning order intake, warehousing and service management, on shared data
- A single, live view of spare-part stock across the whole service operation
- Service-call workflows linked directly to inventory, so a job is booked against parts that genuinely exist
- Migration and training delivered in stages, without interrupting daily sales and service operations
One connected system from order to service call, with full stock and service visibility.
Why it worked
The outcome came from the same discipline every Kaido engagement runs on. Scope and price were fixed and signed at the blueprint gate, so there were no surprises mid-project. The data migration was validated and reconciled before go-live. And training was role-based and repeated until each team used the system in its real daily work. The senior consultant who scoped the project is the one who delivered it, so the design intent survived all the way to go-live.
